CEO and Founder
David has extensive experience in, and an in-depth knowledge of, banking and financial services gained through over 30 years experience in the Investment Banking industry.
David was co-head of Financial Resource Management at Barclays International and has held senior trading and structuring positions at Barclays and Goldman Sachs. Previously, he worked at Lehman Brothers and Salomon Brothers. David is a qualified Solicitor.
As well as being a keen car enthusiast, cyclist and skier, David also spends time with the Olsen Animal Trust and Born Free Foundation.
Until 2017, Jon was the CEO of British Car Auction (BCA), Europe’s leading vehicle auction and remarketing company. Under Jon’s leadership, BCA acquired We Buy Any Car and revolutionised the way cars are bought and sold by implementing technology and process transformation.
Jon took the company through two successful MBO’s and venture capital raises, prior to its eventual listing via a sale to Haversham Holdings in November 2017.
Chief Technology Officer
Ray has two decades of professional experience designing and developing high performance software in the Investment Banking and Energy sectors. Having previously worked on trading systems, more recently he has worked on firm wide initiatives integrating big data tech and modern data science.
Ray has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Ulster.
